Return Policy

Online Orders Return/Exchange Policy:

We appreciate that you don't have the ability to try on our garments while shopping online in the same way that our in-store customers do, so we're always happy to accept online returns/ exchanges for clothing for any reason (within 30 days from purchase date, excluding intimates, sale items, food and bodycare).

To facilitate a return/ exchange please e-mail us within 30 days with your request to return an item. We will provide shipping details at that time.

Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

If your clothing item (excluding intimates) was chosen by you in the wrong size or colour, you may exchange it for another item, or we can give you a credit for future purchases.

If you're not planning to exchange the item, then we will refund 100% of the cost on any clothing merchandise (excluding any applicable shipping charges).

Damaged goods or incorrect item:
If we erroneously send you a damaged or defective item or an incorrect item, we will replace it or refund you the costs. Because of our error, we'll also gladly cover the shipping charges incurred in getting a replacement to you as soon as possible.

Shipping fees:
Are otherwise non-refundable. If you are returning an item, we'll refund you the value of the item, excluding any applicable shipping fees on the original order. If exchanging a product online, we'll send you a PayPal money request to cover the cost of shipping your new item to you.
